Ghena Dada holds a Master of Science in Management from a top university in Lebanon. She completed successfully the Executive Leadership Development Program that PricewaterhouseCoopers – PwC provided to her organizations. She also earned multiple certifications such as SHRM-CP from Society for Human Resources Management, Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry Hay Group, among others.
Ghena has over 14 years of experience in business management and development and 12 years in human resources, organization, and reengineering in the banking sector, which gave her deep insight into all business strategies and functions. By occupying several managerial positions throughout her career, she developed proficiency in resources’ and structures’ optimization, performance management and succession planning, key risk indicators development, strategy development, organization restructuring, manpower planning, M&A, P&P development, and business process re-engineering
Ghena is currently a senior consultant with ACT Leaders where she shares with ACT Leaders’ partners her extensive experience in structuring organizations and optimizing resources. Given her exceptional problem solving abilities and her strategic and visionary strengths, she helps in building healthier organizations and successful succession plans.
