ROLAND Y. ABI NAJEM, MBA

Roland Abi Najem holds a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from one of the top universities in Lebanon. He is a Certified Trainer & Content Developer by ISTD (International Society for Trainers & Developers). He is a Cyber Security & Digital Transformation Consultant & Expert.

He is currently working as a senior digital trainer and consultant with ACT Leaders. He has delivered several courses on bank security, digital banking, digital commerce, digital HR, digital innovation, digital marketing, digital ops, digital tech fundamentals, digital transformation, digital marketing strategy, among others.

Roland is also a part-time University Instructor at the American University of Science & Technology (AUST). Therefore, he combines between academia and practice. He was the I.T. & Cyber Security Consultant at the Ministry of Information – Kuwait and the Personal Consultant for the Minister of Information from 2014 till 2016. Roland is the Chairman at several seminars and conferences in the region and a Keynote Speaker & Panelist
